Being in a starving state will make you distracted at work, not energetic and low-efficient. Besides, eating is one way to enjoy life and get the pleasure in the process. HCG diet may cause anorexia and make life like a torture.
Thirdly, according to my experience, low calorie intake without exercise to lose weight is not so effective in a short term, so you may need to use it for a long time. Like every chemical has some side effects, HCG is also a kind of organic product, so unexpected symptoms may show up in the long run.
In conclusion, we should be careful when trying to lose weight and health is the most important thing. With so many potential side effects of HCG diet, if you want take this method, you must keep the risks in mind.
