First, the HCG diet plan contains the regular doses of the hormone. You are only consuming 500 calories on the HCG diet plan, there are certain foods that you need to avoid and certain foods that you need to eat. The foods you are required to eat on the diet plan are the ones that will help restore your body back to its normal balance of burning fat.
For breakfast, you need to keep only to black coffee and some types of tea. The types of tea are organic green tea, organic Wu Long tea, organic chamomile tea, and so on. You can have coffee and tea as long as you do not add anything else into your drinks. They should be made with pure water. For lunch and dinner, there are several proteins that you should eat.
